Hello Mustang Family,

We are back to school and ready to continue on our path to good health. I am adding the SHAPE calendar to my website this year to encourage healthy choices each day. Serving as an educator for the last 20 years has given me the opportunity to accomplish several of my lifelong goals.
  • Teach and inspire others to develop healthy lifestyles that can be sustained for a lifetime.

  • Teach others to use physical activity as a way to improve physical, emotional and social health.

Personal

 
My husband and I celebrated 34 years of marriage this August. We are blessed with three wonderful children, Phillip31, Phylicia 29, and Phillex 24. It is the love of my family that fosters my desire to teach. I want to be a part of the solution to raising a more physically fit, fully educated, and responsible generation. My favorite way to actively play is Pickleball. I hope you and your family are able to explore ways to enjoy active play together.
